Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026
These terms apply when you use Radiant, which checks dog and cat X-rays for possible fractures. By using Radiant you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Radiant.
Not veterinary advice
Radiant is not a veterinary diagnostic tool. Its results come from an AI model and can be wrong: it can miss a fracture or flag one that isn't there. Don't use Radiant to decide on treatment, or to delay or replace care. Always have a qualified veterinarian examine the animal and review the X-ray.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account, and you're responsible for activity under it. Google's own terms also apply to your Google account and Google Drive.
Your X-rays
- You keep all rights to the X-rays you add. Radiant doesn't claim any ownership of them.
- Only add images you have the right to use.
- Your scans are stored in your browser and, if you allow it, in your own Google Drive. You're responsible for keeping copies of anything important. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
Acceptable use
Don't use Radiant to break the law, to try to access other people's accounts or data, or to disrupt the site or the services it relies on.
No warranty
Radiant is provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Features may change, break or be removed at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the people who make Radiant are not liable for any damages arising from your use of it, including decisions made based on its results, harm to an animal, or loss of data.
Stopping use
You can stop using Radiant at any time; the Privacy Policy explains how to delete your data. Access may be suspended for anyone who misuses the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about Radiant or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

No use Radiant para decidir un tratamiento, ni para retrasar o reemplazar la atención. Pida siempre a un veterinario calificado que examine al animal y revise la radiografía.
